Furthermore, Mrs. Cherlene holds the position of Owner and Licensed Real Estate Educator at PSG Florida Real Estate School, as well as Owner and Licensed CAM Educator at PSG Community Association Management School. Additionally, she serves as the CEO of Premium Solutions Group Community Association Management and CDD Firm, contributing to the success and growth of the company.

Mrs. Cherlene accomplishments extends to successfully overseeing and managing land acquisitions and community developments, associations with assessed values exceeding $1.5 Billion, and overseeing portfolios across 38 plus associations. Her exceptional knowledge and experience in Business have been instrumental to her success.

Mrs. Cherlene has played a pivotal role in the implementation and management of multi-million dollar amenity centers. She showcases her industry leadership by supervising developer and builder plans, management firm's accounting departments, and association banking and software operations and transitions. Furthermore, she has established multi-million dollar corporations for her clients and effectively manages various Special Taxing Districts. Cherlene offers business development and leadership training on a global scale. Her expertise goes beyond being a prolific author with over 12 published books. She's also a ghostwriter, editor, publisher, international public speaker, and business consultant.
